Noninvasive ventilation is predominantly suitable for patients with mild to moderate respiratory failure, no urgent need for intubation, stable vital signs, and no contraindications to noninvasive ventilation. Its use is focused on early intervention and supporting the withdrawal from respiratory failure. Indication of Usage: NIV for non-dependant patients with obstructive or restrictive respiratory conditions- asthma, COPD, OSA, Acute bronchitis and pneumonia secondary to bacterial, viral, fungal causes or severely obese patients.
